I had a hard time trying to find a survey company I could trust because I am new to the area. I ultimately found Clark Tompkins online and reached out via email for a quote for a survey on my new home. I was very pleased to get a quote for a specific amount with bullet points as to what I would receive for that amount. And to top it off, they were willing to work with me on payment so I could realize the survey sooner rather than later. It wasn’t until months later that I could act on the quote and they honored it still. They came in the same week of a national summer holiday and performed the survey professionally and made sure we could understand where our boundary markers were. Overall, we are really grateful for the upfront quote, the survey itself with associated documents, and the payment plan. It all worked out. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had positive experience with Tompkins Surveying and Mapping. We needed emergency survey as we were selling the house, and the original plans were outdated. The owner was very professional and met with us to discuss details of survey. The crew came and completed survey within a day, and a week ahead of schedule. I had Tompkins survey a property about a year and a half ago. There was one area with 4 pins that my builder did not properly keep up with. Clark took the time to come out personally to resolve the issue and it was found the builder was at fault for not keeping track of the property lines when grading.
